Frankly:

1. Don't drink cheap booze (the #1 cause of hangovers, crappy booze/beer)

2. Before bed, BIG glass of water 32 oz, ideally)

3. B-100 mutivitamin.

But that's my remedy. My theory is that hangovers are caused by a combination of toxin overload and liver depletion ... at least water dilutes the toxins.

Generally speaking, the crappier booze you drink, the worse the hangover.
