What is Muscle Beach like?

Who knows anything about that has been? Is it open to the public? I'll hit anybody that contributes with K.

The Venice Beach boardwalk is open to anyone. Lots of shops, restaurants and vending stands along the boardwalk. There's usually a film crew or two around on any given day. Not sure if the Muscle Beach gym is open to anyone but it has a chainlink fence so at the least you can look in at the people working out. If it's nice and sunny there'll be tons of hot chicks roller blading around.

No. The daily fee is really low...$5-10. Yearly dues were under $100 at one point; they know most people don't use it as their main gym and it's not loaded like other places.
