I thought it was the fact that there is 250 grams of test in only 1ml of solution thus making it very viscous when compared with gear that has say 200mg of test in 2ml of solution.

Test prop can hydrolyse at the injection spot itself, so you get some propionic acid over there. This causes the burning sensation.

Primoteston and ICN Galenka are both 250mg of enanthate and they are very smooth going in and no pain. I hit 3cc's of both at the same time and no pain.

The prop ester is what gives sust the bite. The prop ester is similar to the stuff in a bee sting. It bothers some people some it dosen't.

Yep, its the prop.
The pain usually goes away and after a few weeks the injections wont hurt as much.
