What is dbol doing after the first 4-5 weeks?

If dbol loses most if not all of its profound growth effect after 4-5 weeks then what is it doing if you continue to take it for periods of time after that? Is it maintaining gains that you received from the ouset? Is it just sitting there? What? Input appreciated. Cheers.

It does not loose any effectiveness after time peroid, i have ran it much longer and the gains continued!
Bear in mind i'm not a beginner tho.

I don't know why people started saying thi the last week, that dianabol has no effect after the 4-5th week? why would it? it may not be as 100% potent as the second or third week but no gains??

Not by a longshot, holmes.

You've been training longer than most of these kids have been alive.....

A lot of dbol's more "obvious" gains come in the first 3-4 weeks, but that does not, in any way, mean that dbol becomes ineffective beyond that point. Like any other gear, eventually it will become less effective and you'll have to up the dosage to keep seeing big gains, but it works as long as you take it. I've known plenty of guys who take it for 2-3 months and get gains the whole time. The biggest jump is the first few weeks with the water-weight and all, but the actual gains never truly stop.

Ahh why not? Just move to another country, invest a little in embryonic stem-cell research, and they'll be able to grow you a new liver in a few months. Then shortly after that, they'll figure out how to turn down that pesky myostatin gene and you won't even need the dbol anymore, woo-hoo for science. But till then, just get liver functions checked and you probably could run low/moderate dose dbol for months, if not indefinitely.

As Radar and others said, just because you're not gaining 5 lbs of water a week anymore doesn't mean it's not doing anything. The longer I take D-Bol, the more I feel it.

It doesn't stop working after 4-5 weeks. The gains are just not as profound. Jenetic started a thread on this a while back. In it he stated that the optimal dose to get the full effect of Dbol is 30-50mgs ED for 8-12 weeks.
