I had three patients in clinic today, routine, left around two b/c my schedule was wide open. I have an open heart surgery scheduled in the morning and I have to learn that new transesophageal echo procedure that I told you about. Thats why I havent been on the boards that much. Other than that, Im rotating between five clinics and two hospitals and call for this new position so Im having to study alot and learn stuff. Its fun though, never boring in one office.

The spread is four, the way these teams play, they are usually wide point spreads, like eight or more. We'll see.
