Im from Norway, so english is not my mother language, and Im new to elitefitness

What is AI?? Many ppl use this term!

Is it Anti-Estrogens like Nolva or Armidex??
Or is it the effect the steroide have on your body during the cycle like Masteron works a lil bit like Anti-Estrogen (to avoid bloat)??

take dbol with no AI and you will find out what an aromatize inhibitor does. it does exactly what its named.. it INHIBITS aromatization.

yeah, like arimedex, or letro. I dont know if saying it prevents aromitization, or reduces it, is gonna be the answer you are looking for... simply put it helps to prevent estrogen related sides (gyno, bloat, etc) by limiting estrogen conversion... is that more along the lines of what you were lookin for? Both of the things you were talking about would fall into that catagory because they do the same thing, but in your example since Mast is AAS first and an AI as kind of a neat side, it is not exactly considered an AI per se, that term is generally applied to drugs whose sole function is anti- aromitization. But yes, they are doing the same thing in the same way - blocking estrogen conversion. I might be missing some finer points there, but I think it should generally answer your question!
