What is a good PCT???

First off I would get out of the habbit of using nolva on cycle. It is not good for a number of reasons.

It's what I'll be doing except 8 weeks PCT for me since my cycle is 16 weeks.

needto can you explain reasons why not to take nolva on cycle? im pretty prone to gyno and a cycle of 30 mg dbol a day and 500mg sust a week flares it up pretty bad....im just taking 10 mg tamoxifen a day

Use adex... Nolva dose not lower estrogen it blocks it. Estrogen rebound is common.

If the cycle is making your tits light up, lower your dose. Drop the dbol. I'd get an AI like aromasin or adex. Nolva doesn't fix the underlying problem..

Different PCTs work differently on different people. This scheme works well for me:

But often it doesn't. And sometimes it makes it worse.

UNLEASHED, HMG, dex, POST CYCLE and SUSTAIN ALWAYS works.

Yes. If it works, don't change it.

HCG, clomid and arimidex is what works for me. It has worked every single time.

I think its obvious that BOTH Drug and Composite PCTs work ( composite = drugs plus nuetraceuticals)

how do you does your hcg in pct?weeks ??to week??and if you use hcg for pct ,,i take it you dont use it on cycle???no room for sustain in your pct alcatraz?

use adex .25mg eod (or higher if needed) to controll the estro

then for pct take nolvadex at 40mg ed for 2 wks and 20mg ed for 1-2 wks split into 2 or more doses
and run pp test recovery stack for a month at the same time as the nolva

+1 ...Yeah, herbal supplement PCT might be ok if you finished a cycle of Anavar or Tbol...

Use together with chem pct (at the end of it and continuing after chem PCT is finished to get maximum effect). But but to just use herbal supplements after a cycle that causes high suppression, that is just "sale-talk"...
