yes in fact there is a chapter on making weeks worth of food in 4 hours. I will be expanding on those recipes more to. Keep in mind the book is going to get 12 updates. 1 is already don and ready to be added to the book.

No all updates are free of charge. They come as part of the book. Its a book that keeps on giving.
