What is a good fiber?

that nasty cereal that is usually sitting at the far end of the aisle. the cereal contents are mostly composed of tree bark like flakes and pebble size granules of acorns.

bro Try Kashi's cereal. 3/4 cup has 10g of fiber i believe and has some soy protein. I use that and sometimes fiber one which i mix in w/ some chocolate whey and don't taste that bad.
