All you need to get fit health and toned is 3 hours a week. Here is the program that these fitness guru's laid out.
10 minutes stretching, followed by 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes strength training.
Umm yeah I will be signing up for you gym right away. I did take the flyer with the corprate pricing we are getting to take in to my gym now and try to get a better rate.
