like all of you i want to be a bodybuilder well most of you. Now I've gotten a lot bigger recently but its hard to see it when you want to have 21 inch arms and a ripped six pack. Sometimes I'll just be like man i wish i was that big. But i'm 15 now i got time on my side as most of you dont' well not as much as i do. No matter how big we are none of us who want to be bodybuilders say okay i'm done i'm big enough it defeats the whole purpose of being a body BUILDER to build and get bigger and better. Well anyways what i do when i'm having a bad day and just feel like crap and looking in the miror isnt the best thing to do. I just think you know what i'm alive and in great shape and a lot bigger than a lot of people my age. I just think i got years to accoomplish what i want years of lifting and feeling great.

Hey brother!! I understand the feeling very well!! I feel like a fucking dwarf sometimes man. Like a bone. When I was 18 it was really bad, my arms were 15 1/2 inches and felt like housewives were bigger then me. Fucked with me big time. Still does! The thing that helps me get through it most is looking towards the future. Trying not to live in the present. If I do it makes me insane!
Im constantly looking towards those 20 inch arms. My arms used to be 10 inches, their about 18 cold right now and 18.5 pumped. As I see myself getting closer the pain eases, regardless 20 is only a short term goal. Though it will take some years. Ive been training naturally (aside from supplements) for close to 10 years now. Its tough seeing juiced up guys getting massive, luckily I can outlift most of them now so thats nice. Its a long and slow process sometimes, but looking to the future will help you from getting depressed about your size. When you do reach your goals, you will feel alot better, but it will never go away. Youll always strive to get bigger and better. Its an endless journey. Hope that helps!!

look at some old pics. see that you're bigger than you used to be. be happy. and know that you're only getting bigger.

Patience is the hardest part of the game. You sound like you have the right attitude. Reading your post, you remind me of me when I was your age. You have to trust in the fact that you have the heart to accomplish whatever you set your mind to. The size will come. All you do is keep going to the gym and putting in your time. Keep eating. Keep sleeping. Trust me, your dreams will come true if you make them happen. Just trust in it man.

everyone's posts are 100% on, including this one. i've got 3 pics, one from sept, oct, and one from last week. and i'll take another pic mid december. do this monthly. between my sept and oct pics, you can't really see much difference. but compare sept to nov, you can see i'm starting to define in my chest nicely. plus take some measurements, do that maybe once a month, and record them. trust me, it helps. you're not going to notice your changes unless you do those things. you see yourself every day, so definetly take pics, take measurements, and hell, even record where your maxxes are so you can watch your own improvement.

i envy you. you're 15 and into this big time. i'm 26 and just started getting into this seriously for the first time ever. if i would've had the same drive and intensity when i was 15, i'd be a monster by now. i don't let my size stop me from anything. i'm 5'6", 160lbs, i'm only on my 3rd month of serious training. yeah, so what if i'm still just shy of 14 1/2" bis, i'm growing, i'm watching my progress, i've noticed how much more weight i can push, and yeah, i'm very lucky, i've got an excellent frame to work with. just watch your progress, that's the most important thing. keep it natural. when you start feeling down like you are, that's when thoughts of doing some unnatural things start to creep in. i've already felt that way quite a few times.

i've been a little guy all my life. but there's always been a big guy inside trying to get out. no matter how long it takes, i'm going to get that big guy out. just keep your focus. don't compare youself to others, compare yourself to yourself. once you start doing that, you can really see how much progress you've made. and this doesn't just go for bodybuilding, this goes for anything and everything that you do.

Looks like you have a great attitude man.
I first started training when I was 15 also....I was about 5'9 and 125lbs. Now, almost 6 years later, I'm 6'0 and 180....probably should be bigger, but I had a few injuries when I was younger.
I never lacked the drive or desire to train, and you sound the same way. As slobberknocker said, keep eating and sleeping bro, I'm sure the size will come, and you will accomplish your goals!!

Yeah well a lot of poepl think i'm huge for my age they say well arnold was at 15 inches at 15 and you were 13 1/2 last yaear now your 15 you will get 16 by your bday. want to get 16 by my 16th bday so i can get 1 inch a year and be to 20 by 20 years old. I will juice when i turn 18 that should give me and inch right there. I can see mysize increase in the mirror now witch is hard for us to see. its funny al these people i thouhgt were big last year are fucking pip squics now lol. Well I don't worry about those who don't put in effort at my age and juice becasue they will never have my desire in a year they will quite this is what i want to do for the rest of my life not for looks or chicks or sports like most people at my age for myself ts what i want. I'm about 15 pumped 14.5 dry I'm 205lbs at 6'0 so i think i wil have a good height and size. My muslce really develope and have a good shape and just hope to do somehting with it well my plan is to juice for about 14 weeks/14w off/on/off for a year than go a year free and then next year compete this is whe ni'm 18 so,
anyways good post thanks al ot you guys for hearing me out

yea basically just think positively. Bodybuilding is a sport that attracts perfectionists, so we all look at big ronnie coleman and get depressed. Sometimes i get mad because I am more of a "hardgainer" than a genetic freak. However, i know people at my highschool who are less than 110 lbs and have to lift for 2 years to get to 140. Look at both ends of the spectrum, if you are gonna compare yourself to ppl in bbing mags, u might as well do a search on the internet for picutres of the least muscular ppl alive, and also compare yourself to them, because they are just as rare as the bbers. Everytime I think damn that guy over there is 17 and started lifting 6 months ago benching 205 and now hes doing 265, i can also think, hey look at that guy over there working on his science fair project i bet he cant bench 80! Oh well, the thing with me is im 5'9 and 170 i deadlift 350, squat 275 and bench 250, but i have very small arms and i DO NOT look like i could lift those weights. I know another guy who is huge as shit and ripped but who cant bench 200, but who cares i could kick his ass anyday. LOL just think to yourself if theyre stronger that you look better, if theyre bigger, think your stronger, and if theyre bigger and stronger comapre yourself to what you used to be, and realize someday with the rate of progress u could be them.
