What hurts the most?

just thought i would gather some opinions on which gear hurts the most while shooting?

I find water based AS hurts most

I just did my first shot, of my first cycle of sust. I realized that it would not be comfortable...but man my leg is killing me. I feel like there's a led block in my quad. I hope you guys are right that say every shot lessens in pain a little because it's really killing me.
