What Gym Or Health Club Does Everybody Work Out At?

I work at a serious, older iron type rag. You know the type of place, few machines (just the esentials) and a shit load of racks, benches, chalk and iron. Cardio stuff upstairs, and no trainers coming up with their bs, or meat market type shit going on.

just wanted a change of scenery, but going to go back. In the meantime,....right now a small hardcore gym in my town..cheap, I like them both...this one I am at now, reminds me of something in the "Arnold Days."...hehe.. I like that. But both are good. Going to switch off one to another again soon....sticking with this one for now..(Body Dynamics) Lyndhurst N.J....Changing is good sometimes...New scenery helps sometimes....

Hey Genarr I think I used to work out at that gym. It was only for a few weeks about 4 years ago. I checked their website and they only have one gym in Queens so that has to be it.


This is the listing:
World Gym Rego Park
65-75 Woodhaven Blvd.

When you walk in, there is a desk and to the left is the weight and to the right is the cardio equiptment. And downstairs is the ab section and locker rooms..Right??

No, it's not in Rego Park. Maybe this one isn't in the website's database. I don't even train there, it's just that it's very near to my house.
 
Empire Fitness in Hoboken, NJ- nothing special, but its on the way between my job and my house when i'm commuting so its makes it real easy for me to get there..

LOL. Yes, I don't train there but I go to the health food store right down the block. A guy I bounce with works out there though, guy named Danny, don't know his last name. Big dude, you would notice him. About 6' 240lbs - sound familiar?

LOL. That's where I work out. 5'11" 240lbs shaved head glasses. On gear and it shows. Say hi sometime.
 
WORLD's GYM in TEMPE SUCKS

I used to workout at the World's GYM in Tempe, AZ, until they started fucking me!!!!!!!!!! This place is a joke. REALLY unprofessional. They consistently don't open on time. I have waited outside their doors for over an hour after their opening time, waiting for someone to show up!!

Anyway, I got out of that and am back at the good ol' ASU SRC. Its not too bad there, if you don't have to deal with the "ASU Bodybuilding Team." Those kids are hilarious. They have thirty kids working out with the exact same regimen. Anyway, stay away from World's in Tempe if you plan on working out in the morning!:mad:

Used to lift at Gold's in M'boro, TN. Moved outside Baltimore and had a hell of a time finding a good gym. Gold's and Bally's both suck here.

My friend Wynn gave me the hook up though. Turns out Kevin Levrone owns a World Gym 4.4 miles from my house. It is awesome with more plates per square foot than all but one gym I have been in, that one was in Vegas.

How do you like that place? I used to train at Excalibur down the street from that place for years.
 
someone asked me which dolphin....the answer is all of em in nyc....mainly the bronx one....but i try different ones in the city for a change of pace on the weekends.
