What groups of muscle do you work on? On the same day

Chest / Tricep's
Back / Bicep's
Legs
Abs

is shoudlers back lats and traps all one day?

Are you looking to do 4 days a week or 3? It seems 4. But it also seems you want to give Abs its own day. I wasn't sure if you were just throwing in that you'd be doing some core work.

For 3 days I would do either Shoulders/Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs or do Shoulders on Leg day. For 4 days, either Chest or Shoulders with Triceps, Back/Biceps, either Chest or Shoulders, and Legs. Some people choose to do Biceps with Chest/Shoulders and Triceps with Back. Your choice.
 
Right now my routine is 5 on 1 off

1 - chest
2 - bis, tris
3 - back
4 - shoulders
5 - legs
6 - off
7 - chest, etc..
 
chest/bi's/tri's
legs/abs
back/shoulders
repeat
 
chest tris abs
back bis abs
legs shoulders abs

i dont hit abs really hard but as i recently didnt have any i thought id make a solid effort to attain some

i don't see how you can do anything with legs. when i leave the gym on leg day i'm usually ready to black out...............or vomit. whichever comes first :heart:

me too. When doing deadlifts or squats I am totally fried within 40 minutes. I get dizzy and my vision even gets blurry for a few seconds after finishing sets. All the blood rushes to fill those large muscles in the legs leaving your knoggin without blood for a few minutes.
 
damn whats your guys leg rouitne/sets/reps

i do legs but i agree i dont think im hitting them as hard as i should though im still limpin around for 2-3 days afterwards

i can't post what my current one is, but ones i've used before included.

squat (heavy) 4x8-12
sitting calves
leg press (heavy) 4x8-12
stiff leg deads (heavy) 4x8-12
standing calves 4x8-12
