Cafeteria is GAY and stops serving most good stuff at 9pm, and it takes to long anyway. I try to take 1g of ala 3 times a day, but lately with school its ony been 2 meals, and thats bad for my BB too. So whats something good for me ( 6'1, 203, 16%bf, 19yrs, guy, ) to eat in the morning? I work out in the afternoon, and i'm not cutting or bulking, just trying to loose fat and gain muscle. So whats something i can make real quick that isnt bad for me?
BTW, i do have a foreman grill so cooking some things is possible. THANKS lets hear some ideas!
