What for Breakfast while in College

Cafeteria is GAY and stops serving most good stuff at 9pm, and it takes to long anyway. I try to take 1g of ala 3 times a day, but lately with school its ony been 2 meals, and thats bad for my BB too. So whats something good for me ( 6'1, 203, 16%bf, 19yrs, guy, ) to eat in the morning? I work out in the afternoon, and i'm not cutting or bulking, just trying to loose fat and gain muscle. So whats something i can make real quick that isnt bad for me?
BTW, i do have a foreman grill so cooking some things is possible. THANKS lets hear some ideas!
 
1 cup of milk/ 1 cup of water
1 packet of a meal replacement powder (metrx)

what's wrong with the classic milk and cereal or oatmeal wiht some fruit? that's what i'm eating nowadays for breakfast. Or if you have the $ you can just eat a protein or MRP bar (or shake)...

Lol its just that steak in the morn, or boiling eggs isnt an option. C'mon i know you guys were in college, what should i eat!

ok sorry, lol, steak would be tough. I think for anti-catabolic effect, esp. if you are trying to gain muscle, you should have a big protein shake upon waking. after that, have a real quality cereal, like fiber one, that would get your day off right. Avoid cereals with a lot of sugar or a white-flour carb base. Wheaties with fruit could be great, just get a little frig. and put in raspberries or strawberries to put on top of the wheaties.

I agree.
Dude I'm in college and this is what I eat so don't stress yourself. Eat a bowl of cereal(not sugary shit like lucky charms or coca puffs etc), or if you don't like cereal, eat a bowl of oatmeal. Then, drink a MRP or proteinshake. If you want something chewy buy protein bars and eat that with your oatmeal, as simple as that.

bowl of oatmeal or raisin bran and a big protein shake. i'm in university and i have that every day. it really helps me to get through those boring morning classes:nighty:
