I agree! I had read that here before but I don't have much will power so I usually just cave in and pig out. About a week ago I was driving home, really craving a pizza--which I woulda eaten all on my own--but then I remembered what I'd read and figured I'd try it. I had a 16 oz. bottle of water in the car and just chugged it all at once, and immediately I felt full and no longer craved anything. By the time I got home, my brain wasn't in crazy craving mode anymore and I ate something healthy.
Another thing I really like is to make sugar-free Jello and put it into egg molds. It gets boring eating it out of a bowl, but my mom's got some egg molds from Easter so I just make em in there and keep them in the fridge for a sweet, no-sugar snack. Each egg is only about 15 calories and I think that might even come from protein...?
Thats exactly my pronlem, but reversed.............I eat so much fiberous veggies, that it's rough to eat every 2 hours.....very rough.............so, load up on the fiber....you wont be hungry for days........
