I don't know what your point is.
That is a standard test that doctors use to diagnose inguinal hernia.

You can have a hernia in your abdomenal wall too. One such kind is an umbilical hernia, which happens around your "belly button".
 
What do you mean by a lump??? Yes when I strain or flex my abs that area still stick out. But it really has never hurt me so I don't know

That is true. There can also be ventral hernia.
I was just discussing that persons situation because he mentioned 'lower abs'.
Umbilical or Ventral hernia is in mid-abs.
 
yea it goes from low ab down......... Thing is it doesn't hurt at all. And I can suck it in. Maybee im paranoid, cause I am about most things
