Intervals (jog/sprint/jog/sprint etc). Christ I just want to quit, walk home, and lay on the couch . .. but no, gotta get out there and do it. The iPod saves me.
Not trying to sound hardcore or anything, but I really hate direct arm work. And I'm sure it shows. I tried them awhile back and the pain and burning were just awful. Boring as hell, too.

I dread chin ups, ahhh just the thought makes me cringe. lol But they've helped me improve my back so I'll continue this love hate relationship with them.
