What execise do you do that you dislike the most?

Flat bench or row - both bore the hell out of me.

I prefer olylifts, squats, chins and OHPs.

Standing deadlifts are the worst things, so damn boring!
And chin ups suck a lot as well...
 
I'd say Bench. It's no fun.... up and down, boring to me. DB Benching, I love... rotate the wrists different ways, ect... more variety.

Well today is heavy squat day, I have a friggin' cold or alergies or something, I feel like death, I have not eaten well today.................what a crybaby! Yea, this probably does have to do with the thought of squating today. But when it is over, I will feel proud of the accomplishment!

Don't bitch out. I've been sick since Sunday night and I'm still training. :evil:
