What Else Do You Do For Pct?

i have done 7 cycles and 4 mini cycles (4-6 weekers) i know the basics pretty well. i know training and diet. i know how to cut, bulk and the like. i have learned a ton from the likes of holy ghost,needto, cremasterblaster,mattdan,heavyduty hyp1, raider and plenty more. lots of you guys have way more experience with the juice and i appreciate you guys. i aint jackin nobody off, but the truth is the truth. in the past i took nolvadex, upped my calories, added some glutamine and bcaa's,HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - when needed, grit my teeth and go through it. never even fucked with PCT - post cycle therapy - if cycle 6 weeks or under. pretty successful formula but probably not optimal. i have a few questions, most of which answers have varied wildly. ok, here i go
is glutamine helpful PCT - post cycle therapy - ? if so what is best way and time to take?
are bcaa's helpful? if so when and how much?
train hard? how often during PCT - post cycle therapy - ?
is Clenbuterol ok during PCT - post cycle therapy - or is it too catabolic?
what about calories for PCT - post cycle therapy - after a cutter?
i wanna hear your opinions and i think it will also help others. thanks in advance for your help.

Bear in mind this is just MY opinion based on what works for me......

I always take arginine, glutamine, and BCAAs.....these are my "staple" supps with a multivitamin.....biggest reason is for "recovery" properties, especially with tissue generation....I don't go out of my way to waste money, and most of these can be found at Wal-mart, or any big box pharm in the vitamin aisle.....arginine and glutamine 15 grams a day (5/5/5) usually morning, preworkout and evening or pwo......BCAAs first thing in the morning and pwo

HCG, although a relatively "new" concept I believe is a must.....the biggest reason it is around more, is that the cost of production of human grade has gone down.......and can be a big factor in restarting the HPTA, and getting natural test levels started

Again ANOTHER OPINION ONLY....I like to run Clen WITH test at the end of a cycle....last couple weeks, low carb....high protein...lots of cardio, caffeine and the ONLY OTC meds I ever touch are aspirin.....(I am quirky about this...and I have never been to the dentist either.....)

The only thing I can't comment on is Dermacrine (sustain).....hearing good stuff about it, but the base ingredients make me kind of sceptical....according to Primordial though, it works because the ingredients are more bio-available applied as a spray.

Calorie wise, I am kinda quirky also.....I like math, and it always helped me to run a BMR calculator (basal metabolic rate), adjust your BMR for physical exercise, age etc....this will give you a "rough" idea of caloric intake for bulking, cutting, and maintenance......there is also a formula for caloric intake based on lean body mass, but I can't remember it......for PCT, maintenance calories should work fine.....still with plenty of water..

Just my opinions.....keep in mind that I am a steroid "novice"......as I have only done some fucked up cycles in college (mostly d-bol) about 16 years ago and waited till now (age 35) to take my lifting to the next level.....I may never compete professionally, but would at least like to give it a shot in the next 1-2 yrs (or maybe even a masters comp)
 
I havent used clen in YEARS, but like ive been saying im meaning to implement it in a soon cycle.

Muscle wasting affects large numbers of people, but few therapeutic approaches exist to treat and/or reverse this condition. The beta(2)-adrenoceptor agonist clenbuterol produces a muscle-specific protein anabolism in both normal and catabolic muscle and has been used to limit muscle wasting in humans. Because clenbuterol appears to interact with or mimic innervation, its effect on the expression of the neurotrophic agents insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-II and H19 and their putative pathways was examined in normal rat plantaris muscle. The results showed that the well-documented early effects of clenbuterol on protein metabolism were preceded by elevated levels of IGF-II and H19 transcripts together with increased phosphorylation of eukaryotic initiation factor (eIF)4E binding protein-1 (4E-BP1) and p70(S6k). By 3 days, transcript levels for IGF-II and H19 and 4E-BP1 and p70(S6k) phosphorylation had returned to control values. These novel findings indicate that clenbuterol-induced muscle anabolism is potentially mediated, at least in part, by an IGF-II-induced activation of 4E-BP1 and p70

resulting from injury or disease and associated catabolic stresses such as malnutrition. Since the beta 2-adrenergic agonist clenbuterol increases skeletal muscle mass in rats, the effect of this agent on recovery of muscle mass and carcass protein content following protein malnutrition

BCAAS are nice because they have synergistic action of a rise in plasma insulin and branched-chain amino acids, awesome for recovering after a heavy cycle and workout
 
Cool......as a sidenote.....Clen is way cheaper (from liquid sources).....than Anator-p70(a MuscleTech supp) which is suppose to "activate p-70" for the same type of anabolic effects

very cool info. i am a math freak as well and i noz my calories. i have use hcg, but this lil ol cycle i dont think i need it . i am gonna run clomid 3 or 4 weeks if i can stand it. very good info on supps. thanks cremaster. btw aint that the scrotum muscle? lol.

high tech info! i am the fucking epitome of an ectomorph.6'4 and can touch an 8 foot ceiling flat footed, but i pretty big at 240...lot of work to get here. in the past clen leaned me up quick. i have to come off at about the 2 week mark or i atrophy. lol. but it makes me strong as fuck and i get exercise induced asthma, boy it helps with that naturally.thanks holy ghost.

Will do......for those of you joining us mid-broadcast I admitted to layinback a few days ago that in "the real world" (between workouts), I sell cars for a living. If you live in the Buffalo,Rochester, Syracuse or Watertown area of New York, my boss is "huge".......(residents of these areas will instantly know what I am talking about).....I also know what dealer invoice is on just about every domestic model car and truck and would be happy to field questions...(just not in this thread....pm me)

funny but it has some truth to it bro...I had a guy doing pct he had run his hcg during cycle then started dermacrin sustain and clomid for pct he was 2 weeks into pct and he told me he had no sex drive...I can get hard if I want to but I have no drive to have sex he said...I am thinking well he is taking 50mg ed clomid and dermacrin sustain he ran hcg during cycle so he cant be all that shut down..so I told him just start watching some porn and do some jerking off.it will get your mind thinking about sex more...shore enough he is back to being a horny bastard....
