i have done 7 cycles and 4 mini cycles (4-6 weekers) i know the basics pretty well. i know training and diet. i know how to cut, bulk and the like. i have learned a ton from the likes of holy ghost,needto, cremasterblaster,mattdan,heavyduty hyp1, raider and plenty more. lots of you guys have way more experience with the juice and i appreciate you guys. i aint jackin nobody off, but the truth is the truth. in the past i took nolvadex, upped my calories, added some glutamine and bcaa's,HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - when needed, grit my teeth and go through it. never even fucked with PCT - post cycle therapy - if cycle 6 weeks or under. pretty successful formula but probably not optimal. i have a few questions, most of which answers have varied wildly. ok, here i go
is glutamine helpful PCT - post cycle therapy - ? if so what is best way and time to take?
are bcaa's helpful? if so when and how much?
train hard? how often during PCT - post cycle therapy - ?
is Clenbuterol ok during PCT - post cycle therapy - or is it too catabolic?
what about calories for PCT - post cycle therapy - after a cutter?
