what do you guys take for bad joints?

my knees are shitty hurt alot,i dont have access to decca(not asking for source)i read some guts took aduequean with great results, what do yall take for bad joints

fish oil, glucosamine, msm for joints and collegen c for my tendons get em all from costco for dirt cheap

daily, I take plenty of good oils (fish, flax, olive, grapeseed), drink tons of water, take gluc/chond/msm, and take Forged Joint Repair. Days I am going to work legs, I make sure I warmup properly, and apply skeletal balm to my knees, then pull neoprene sleeves over them.

First step is to identify whats hurting them. poor squat form is one common culprit. Next, you need to let them heal and stop working through the pain or masking the pain with NSAIDS/ice etc. Doing so will NOT fix anything and long term will ruin your knees permanently.

I use a horse supplement called Adequan (acetyl-D-glucosamine). It's yet another IM injection every week, but it seems to work well . I have a bad left knee (damaged cartilage and should eventually be repaired), and I also have some arthritis starting up in my hips, per a CT scan recently.

Adequan isn't approved for human use in the USA, but it is elsewhere, and it's not a controlled substance or illegal anywhere, that I know of at this time. It's considered a supplement only.

i may have bad form,i will have to work on this thank you

Hey bro, I use the Adequan too and it is the only reason that I can squat at all.
Dose at 200mgs E4Days. I go on for 4-6 weeks then off 4 weeks. Been on it for about a year or so now.
Only sides that I am aware of are possible kidney concerns at more then what I listed for you.
With it I just get better and better. Less and less pain and crepitus in my knees. Had the crepitus since was a small kid, just crap knees.
This stuff does not mask, it actually heals and gernerates new cartilage.
Feel free PM me for more.

Its common for a lot of folks to let their knees drive in when squatting and it will heat up the knees pretty fast. Make sure you are driving the knees OUT when squatting they should never come inside your feet.

The dosage for horses is 10cc/week, and I had a long, in-depth hypothetical discussion with a veterinarian who also uses Adequan himself. (For the sake of legality: "This discussion took place on a boat 100 miles off the coast, LOL"). There is a theory that overdosage is likely not a problem, other than on the wallet. I use 2cc at random; usually once a week, but sometimes twice a week. Been on it for about 6 months, and I see some improvement in my knees and my lower back, but I can't really testify how much of that improvement is the Adequan. No side effects for me; no lumps or soreness, but I cannot say one way or the other as to how it would affect others. "I advise discussing with a doctor before anyone should try".
