What DOES show up on a drug test?

I'm NOT talking about pot, coke, extacy or any other drug of that sort. I'm asking what drugs that a bodybuilder would take, show up on a drug test? For example, I thought I read on one of George's reports about cutting drugs that Ephedrine shows up as an amphetimine. I know I read of a couple more but I can't find that same report again. I was wondering about Clenbuterol or any other "supplement" that might give a false positive. Any ideas?

Drugs show up on drug test !! (just kidding)

I think that with AS as other drug test they have to test for a specific compound group.

and I think that 19 Nor-andro will give a false Deca reading.
