bladder infection.

-or if you went swimming or got soap on the tip it could be that.

if it doesnt go away by tomorrow plan on going to the dr, cause bladder infections can become serios and cause scar tissue (which heals your urethra SHUT)


try sticking a niddle inside and see if that helps
