What Does Everyone Eat For Clean Carbs

Ive always used a variation of Atkins to cut and now that Im trying 50 protein 30 carbs and 20 fat I can barely fit in thecarbs. Ive never eaten high in carbs. Im 193 at 8% so I should be getting in about 171 grams of carbs a day. I usually have oats for breakfast and whole wheat bread and pasta along with the simple sugars in my pw shake to get my carbs. Any other suggestions?
 
varitation is right, most potatoes are real starchy and higher on the GI, yams are a friendlier choice.
also,
oats and greens are the way to go.
bread is out of the question for me including pasta
 
Oats
Organic Long grain Brown Rice
Lentil Rice
Yams
Veggies

...and other carbs that are vitamin and mineral dense that only CONTAIN ONE INGREDIENT.
 
what about whole wheat pasta?
Don't let the companys that make these whole wheat 'refined' products fool you. The G.I. of these products is usually about the same as white bread (way too high.) Your better off with natural foods..
