What do you typically eat for breakfast?

1/4 cup of flax and oat bran
2 scoops of Muscle Provider
1 teaspoon of reduced fat pbutter
mix it all together and there is breakfast. I eat that every single morning.
 
about a 1/2 cup of oatmill in a cup with a little equal and cinnamon for flavor but it don't help that much still taste blah. It has massively brought my cholesterol levels down.
 
1 scoop greens +
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 of oatmeal or brown rice
1 tbsp coconut oil
2.5g of fish oil
 
the shake I make for my darling husband every morning goes a lil somethin like dis:

50g of flax seed oil
1 packet of knox gelatin
2.5 scoops unflavored whey protein
1 banana
fat free plain yogurt
skim milk
 
either

2 whole eggs, 2 whites, flax & hemp & fish oils

or

whey in water with flax & hemp & fish oils

or

i have a hangover and I sprinkle BC headache powder on tortilla chips.
 
Lot of oatmeal eaters up in this thread. I dont believe people actually eat that flavorless sludge. No one listed just plain cereal and milk, strange

I don't eat the flavored Oats, but I love me some Steel cut oats :p
