What Do You Think Of This Muscle Gain Site?

alright, i know this thread is old but i gotta say, his program totally works.

i went from 108 lbs to 130 in less than a 12 week period. this is a relatively simple program to understand. but to follow it and stay consistent takes up most of of your life when you are on it. you cant expect anthony's results if you do it only half ass. doing it half ass you will only get half ass results.

and also, anthony did pass a urine test for juicing, and he says that the lie detector tests were just for added drama in the body of work video. and the photos on his site are totally real. he is even having a cruise in the gulf of mexico for his members if they can afford it. those who go will actually get to meet him, talk to him, hang with him, maybe even workout with him (dunno if you wanna spend time working out on a cruise)

and anthony is like 5' 8'' or 5'9'', something like that so yes, he is on the shortside. but me, im even shorter, im 5'6''. even at 130 im still on the skinny side, but anthonys program can be used over and over again without fear of reaching a plateu (unless it is a genetic plateau) so i have plenty of time to get huge.

btw, current pic of me.

Edit:
cant get the link to the pic to work for some reason, oh well. you can email me if you are really interested.

well, either him, or whoever wrote his sites are really good.

infomercials, mags, and friends who train wasn't enough to motivate me to start getting into shape.

for some reason, one bored night while surfing the net, i read one of his sites, that shit just clicked and is one of the few things that got me off my ass to start working out again.

dunno if he has some subliminal messages in his sites or l33t internet persuasion skills, but shit worked for me.

props to him definitely.

what he says in his program is nothing a successful weighlifter couldn't tell you, he just did a few before and after pics. I personally believe if you want to do it right don't rely on some one else's experience, you need to do it for yourself. Many of his result were from the fact that he overtrained for 8 years, then he ate and took some breaks and rested more. Not that he was a hargainer just that he overtrain which cause him to gain weight the hard way....

But if this kinda promotion gets your ass into shape be my guest,,,

sure, there is nothing in his book that you wouldnt be able to find for free on the internet. the thing is, it would take a long time to sift through all of the facts and myths and bullshit that you will find. and also im too busy (or lazy) to do it myself. this book has every thing layed out for you and the stuff to back it up too. and if you have any questions you can personally e-mail him and you will get a response usually in an hour or two. theres even a section in the book on staying motivated and the message board that you get access to is worth the entire price of his program. i know i sound like im advertising it but that is not my intention. i just hate it when people knock something that they know nothing about or have never tried.

That site only motivated me to improve my Photoshop Skills.

are you saying that he doctored his photos? hes in the frickin' body of work VIDEO. he also has a section every month in Muscle Media magazine where again, there are plenty of photos of him.
