What do YOU think of slimfast...

hey guys..

I have been on this page for a while havn`t seen anyone post up anything on slim fast....iam on it for the week bouht a case of 30 pack...I lost 2 pounds....you just have to keep your calie count low..I was a bit week though iam having one for breackfast and somtimes one in the day trying to keep my meals really small ....I tried all kinds of shitty diets and i think a low calorie diet is the best thing for me...


Has any one use slimfast and benefitted from it????

slimfast has been advertising for many years longer than any hydroxycut or xendrine...

Stay as far as possible from this crap. It has some trace amounts of protein and loads of sugar. Instead, use an MRP that contains some soy and some high quality protein such as Myoplex Lite or Lean Body for her. This way you might lose 2 lbs of FAT and not lean mass...

I agree the only thing it does is give you a calorie controlled meal. It being liquid, and full of sugar with no protein is going to make it digest too quickly and make you hungry real fast. Go for something with protein, Muscletech High protein low carb MRPS are good. There are a bunch out there, metrx has a few. Get them bulk online and they average out to about 2-2.50$ a drink, but that makes it cheaper then getting a fast food meal so it works.
