calves/legs......I can't work calves and can only do extremely light leg work.. I was in a car wreck that fucked up my foot couple months ago.....so I have an excuse LOL, hell I can't even walk properly:D
 
Calves! Lee Haney and Arnold say that you can train calves as much as 6 days a week. I've been working them every other day, and seeing great results.
 
Wow, interesting results from the poll so far. I could predict that the calves would be out front, but I'm surprised that so many people chose chest :confused:
 
I have 16" forearms and 19" calves, but my fucking chest won't grow to save my life. I believe I was blessed with great genetics, but I was fucked when it came to the chest. Tripp OUT.................:D
 
My dick is about the same size as it was before I started BB'ing, and testo makes my balls shrink :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:

My Bis are small but they are very strong
My tris are ok size but i wish they were stronger
