Strong points: Traps, Back, Chest (weak but it grows), Calves, Hamstrings
Weak Points: FOREARMS, everything else.
I'll give myself credit for one thing though, I have very small wrists and bone structure, and large muscles on a small structure will look very impressive. (just a few more cycles!)
