Don't give up man - I was exactly the same hieght/wieght as you only 2 years ago when I finally figured out that I had been overtraining and undereating all my life. Now I'm at 190 with 10% bf and I am sure that I will break 200 by xmas.
Try this:
big body parts twice a week
small ones once a week
3 sets of 6 reps ( you should either fail or alomost fail rep 6)
no more than 2 excercises per b.part
300g protien per day ( those new clear isowhey drinks rule - 80g a bottle)
at least 4 healthy hi-protein meals a day
try that until you are 21 then think about fina/dbol ( but only under the supervision of a physician ;-) )
also - read what the mods and experts here write...I've learned alot.
I think my genetics are really good but I wouldn't want to be a pro. Coming into highschool I was a 100lb twig, benching 100 lb. My senior year, I was 195lb benching 260 naturally. I have a pretty good body but I lift for strenght and endurance only. My goal is to wrestle in the olympics.
Meso-endomorph or endo-mesomorph, depending on my mood. Seem to gain lbm size easily, gain fat even easier. I *know* there's muscles down there in all that damn bf...
To damn tall, I weigh 195lbs w/9-10% but I'm 5'11,so i'm a bit thin for my taste.I want 215 or so with about 7% also i wish my chest responded better.so basically i really don't like my genes to much
i like my structure, 6'2, 30inch waist, wide shoulders, have done 1000mg/week of test along with 100mg/ed dboll, 100mg/eod tren with absolutely no antiestrogens and did not get any gyno. so i think i have decent genetics, but man i have horrible calfs, the worst
