I wonder why the state didn't prepare (besides all the preparations they had) for lootings. Knowing the kind of education and culture of people sorrounding downtown area, it was completely predictible. I heard the NO general attorney or whatever he is, speaking by phone with Fox News, and he was saying "the people needs to survive, we don't see this as a crime" I'm 110% sure this dude was elected by the same people in the 'hood.

It just goes to show the kind of people we have in this country. Granted they weren't as destructive, but durring the hurricanes here in florida last year there was very minimal looting. I mean I feel bad for the people and it could have easily been my town. The damn hurricane hit us too but before it developed so i feel lucky. I would like to help but when i see these ghetto ass mahfukkas stealing Big screens and Bling Bling It makes it hard for me too sympathize.
