what do you take to shit during a cutting cycle?

everytime i do a cutting cycle, i have problems shitting. i dont want all these food sitting inside me just rotting away so what would be a good thing to take that will make me shit? something that wont add calories like fiber because, as i said, this is a cutting diet and i want to restrict any extra calories. what about maalox? does that help?
 
fibrous green veggies ( broccoli etc) .. even if your going the ketogenic route you should be able to use the veggies
maalox can constipate you . Fiber isn't considered a carb as it passes through you system essentially undigested .

2 cups is alot too!! those little carbs wont hurt ya!!!
 
i don't know jack about AS cycles, however i can shit like a pro... Metamucil makes these little wafers that come in cinnamon toast or apple crisp or something like that... anywayz they are made of psyllium and you eat them after your meals (or at least 2 of them) with 8oz of water and it gives you like 12 extra grams of fiber... that should do the trick for you and prolly will help you cut up some, a guy that i worked with used them for his cholesterol is how i found out about them.

Tru about the cholestrol. Fiber binds with dietary fats & cholestrol and slows down the absorbtion process, letting some of it pass when you shit.
 
Also very important drink plenty of water. I had the same problem, carried around a gallon of water with me where ever I went and made sure I finished it every day. Problem solved. And of course fiber as said in previous posts.

yeah i forgot about the water... my doctor told me it was incredibly important even more so than fiber... if you do need to take something for it senekot is pretty easy on the system and magnesium citrate i beleive is otc about anywhere... you could take some castor oil, but don't make any plans for a few days.

I agree with the last 2 posts. Drink a lot more water this should also help cut the
subcontanious, is that spelled right?, any way the water under your skin.

just use some sugar free metamucil... the minimal amount of calories in it won't hurt you... by going to the bathroom, physique will only be drier... take it every day.... good luck!

PSYLLIUM HUSK CAPS are a must, even during non-cuttting phase if your on a high protien diet. Take 2 pills 3X per day and you'll be right as the rain!
 
You know I always suffer from this when I go low-carb, high pro and never really think about it. I think I'll do myself a favor and try some of these "shitty" suggestions.
