Hi, I'm a 5'4, 20 year old female and weigh roughly 140lbs. Ideally I would like to be around the 120lb mark. Currently I'm doing the Beach Body insanity program but finding it a little boring and hard work considering I went from doing pretty much no exercise to working out 6 days a week. I'm vegetarian. What would be the best way for me to lose this fat???
 
Find a different training program that you like and stay dedicated. Most people tend to get frustrated early on when they plateau. You have to keep going like Nelson said and good things will come. It already seems like your in pretty good shape working out six days a week, so just keep at it.

I suggest one thing to the gymnastic users not take any type of the supplements just depends upon the natural diet in order to get better results,because practice makes a man perfect in all respect.
