heres the deal, the show I'm doing is the end of september, so I'm not officially starting the pre-contest diet till July 1st. But I have plateaued in size, I'm at 5'8 1/2", 235lbs at 12%, which will put me onstage at around 205-210lbs. I dont want to just sit on my ass for the next 6 weeks, so this is what I'm thinking...

Its a version of the ABC (Anabolic Burst Cycling) approach that was big a few years ago. I'll drop my calories by 1500-2000 per day for 2 weeks, basically go into a strict diet. At the end of the diet, I'll bump them back up another 2000 or so calories. I'm hoping that coming off the diet will slingshot me into some extra growth. Any thoughts???

BTW, I'm on heavy test and EQ right now, and was thinking of throwing dbol back in during the bulking up phase
 
It might work. It might not.

If there was a sure-fire way of dialing in peak condition, everyone would know it by now. It's hit or miss. Usually miss.

Too be honest I'm not even worried about coming in in peak condition, fyre from the female board is doing my contest prep and she knows her stuff. I'm really just hoping this helps sling shot me into some extra growth before the true contest diet starts.
BTW, thanks for the reply, it looked like this was going to be bumped off the page by the usual stuff, like "can I drink winny?"
