What do you guys think about this CLA?

The store by my house has CLA by Nature's Plus. It's called Mega CLA 1200 and it costs $20 for 60 softgels. Here is what it has.

1 softgel

Conjugated Linoleic Acid - 1200mg
std. 1:1 c9-t11:t10-c12 - 888mg

What do you guys think about this CLA? BTW...how many milligrams a day should I take of this stuff?

Cheaper on the net? What about shipping and handling costs? That adds up you know. But what about the quality of this particular CLA I'm showing you. What do you think about it? 6grams a day? Is that what I'm supposed to be taking also? Is that the proper dosage for guys like us? I'm 5'9" 200lbs.
