Anyone ever lose a bit of motivation to workout over the years? Distractions be it people or personal issues? What gets your head back in the game and gets you back into your killer ass routine?
Lately I feel like ive been slipping and need to re-focus my mind.
Hey Liquid, Those questions don't stop as you get older, but as long as you're here, the game isn't over and you still have opportunity to succeed.

Read between the lines to see just how much he remained on target to get to his goal within 10 weeks.
He created a low-calorie, high-protein diet that he had to have stayed on to reach his goal.
He changed his sleep schedule to get up early for 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week and he exercised/lifted weights 6 days a week.
He has at least 4 children, a wife and a job.
The guy is awesome and humble and makes no excuses. He shows gratitude in thanking many others, when he's the one who did the hard work and has sparked me to put together my own 10 week program.
Something else that helps me press on when I just don't want to do the job....
I'm 52. Told I look 10 to 15 years younger than I am, but my body is a jumble of muscle and fat. At my age I could give up and move to other things, but I want the success of a decent body again. I went through the mid-life crisis kicking all the way. What I learned is that there is only so much time left to do all the things in life I want to accomplish. Since you're probably younger than me, get ready to view your own immortality and decide just what you want to give back to life. You can always rest to recharge, but losing focus just isn't as much an option anymore.
Also, I get inspired to motivate myself from the memory that I lost my best friend when he was only 38. This model of a great man gave everything he had to those around him and one night he aspirated while having an unexpected seizure brought on by new medication. Cherish every moment with those you love and make the most of the things in life you really want to bring forth. You never know when it's your turn to go home.
