Protein+glutamine+BCAAs immediately prior to workout.(mixed w/ 4oz water)

Water throughout workout.

50g Carb Powder 30min. into workout(mixed w/ 4oz water)

Carbs+Protein immediately upon completing workout.

If you're worrying about blunting GH/IGF-1 by drinking carbs, don't. It's not elevated enough to really do anything anyways.

i found it hard bringing creatine with me in my shaker because there always was a little bit of water even tho i tried drying it completly. The problem is because i attend school and only at least 4-5 hours later is when i workout. So you guys mix your whey and dextrose in your shaker and add the water in the locker room and drink it there? Ive had to come home to drink mine wondering if i should drink it there at the gym.
