Hey what's up? I've been working out for about 8 years. I've done a few test only cycles with/without pro-hormone kickstarts. Right now im 5'10 and 185 lbs. Im in the middle of a a 12 week cycle 700mg test e only cycle. My metabolism is going downhill (im 27).
Needless to say im getting a gut. I wanna nip this in the bud. What are you gorillas doing to maintain your 6 packs? Diet? Ab routine? A lot of cardio? I know having a 6 pack takes a combo of things but im just wondering what u guys ate doing?
