I have neglected my neck far too long and am getting the pencil neck look! Now I am going to get serious with my neck training and hope to train it 3 times a week. Im worried about doing neck bridges but may give them a try. But also would like to know good exercises I can do using a neck harness and where I can finda good one. Also how many sets are recommend to be done for the neck, when on/off. I really want to build my neck up ASAP! lol
