i cant stand tuna :-( Its sad becasue its the one thing that will give u alot of protein but i substitute chicken salad, turkey, lots of peanut butter or chicken breasts. I hate tuna, i dont eat ANY fish not even shrimp tails

I used to do a can of tuna, but i HATE tuna, at least i should say i HATE CANNED TUNA, which sucks because its cheap as sh--

I may get flamed for this being a lil bit of cheat, but it gets me cals and satisfies my sweet tooth

4-6 cups skim milk
5tblspn peanutbutter
some pwdered nestle quick(the bad part)

liquify in blender- it's like drinking a reeses peanut butter cup

just a thought

pb on crackers, steak even. in the evening the only thing I cut out of my diet is potatos and grains everything else stays

peanut butter is good with everything... i even got some jelly that has only 3 grams of carbs.. tastes good too the major problem though is i still will be eating the bread for the sandwich .. but i love my pband J

Yeah, Smuckers sugar-free preserves is what I get....strawberry flavor. You can put it on a sandwich, but it's also great to mix into your oatmeal to give it a little flavor. At only 10 calories per Tbsp. it's a good way to add strawberry taste without all the sugar and without the hassle of chopping up real strawberries.

i eat around 2 loaves of bread with peanut butter.. thats quite alot of protein.. not sure its advised to eat that before bed time though...

before bed i have a blended shake of one scoop nitro-tech choc and one banana and a tsp or two of peanut butter. it does well for me

If you like cottage cheese, you might like this.

heat oven to 325 degrees

cream up 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese in blender
dice up one apple
1 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste

mix all together, put in oven with a cover and cook until apples are done to your liking(15 minutes for me).

I don't like cottage cheese in its curd form which is why I cream it up. I usually will have this about an hour before bed.

before bed if I'm really hungrey, I have a couple of pieces of whole wheat melba toast [lowercarbs than bread or crackers] with nat. p.b. or almond butter on it. Its very filling.

if i dont feel like preparing any kind of meat before bed and i have a craving for something i have sugar-free jello now. real cheap, tastes great has very little calories and a little bit takes care of cravings

I work nights so i'm usually up all night, but before bed I usually eat natural peanut butter and skim milk or chicken with veggies.

Either a shake with protein and carbs (oh yeah-- I need them), a glass of lowfat milk (with enzymes in it) and P.B., or a protein/Pb/Oatmeal blend with honey (a wonderful creation with the microwave).

normally a milk based shake with whey and caesin

if i want a meal its meat + some veggies
