What do ya'll know about Nose Jobs..

I'm planning on having surgery on my nose in a few years or perhaps even next year. Anywho, I have NO KNOWLEDGE about it, was wondering if anyone here had some pointers or what not.

I have done mine a couple o years ago. Its pretty safe now, one of the easiest nowadys the rhinoplasty surgery.
