I eat tofu. One 4 ounce serving of a locally-produced brand has 17 grams of protein, and 9 grams of fat. Tastes great, and has a perfect protein to fat ratio for my needs.
WideloaD, what kind of cottage cheese are you eating? Knudsen is the only brand I've found to be palatable, and it's amazingly good with half a tablespoon of mayo mixed in for extra flavor and fat. You could also melt some cheese on top, or wrap it up with some cold meat. There's a thread on the Muscle Food forum about sprucing up cottage cheese that you may want to read.
