what do u guys have preworkout?

what do u guys recommend having preworkout? i workout first thing in the morning about 45 minutes after i wake up im at the gym. i have been eating 2 packs of low sugar oatmeal and a 40 gram protein shake. just wondering if that is a descent meal? thanks

tuna sucks ass in the morning. i had to do it today b/c thats all i had
 
been drinking 2 scoops of muscle milk right before i lift...and then ON whey with a banana pwo
 
New program: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup non fat cottage cheese, 2 cups skim milk mixed with 25 grams chocolate whey protien and 1 Xanatrim tablet. I microwave the oatmeal with some of the milk/whey mix then add the cottage cheese. Tastes good and doesn't usually repeat on me during training.
I also sip on either Full Throttle or water mixed with 50 grams vanilla whey protein during training.
Post training 2 cups cranberry/grape juice with 50 grams vanilla whey protein, and 1 Citrimax capsule.

Depends on what I'm working. If I want really explosive energy for a pretty brief workout I take about 2/3 of a cup of pure dextrose in a protein drink. It hits hard and fast, but the carbs dont last long at all. If I want to survive a 60 minute workout with sustained intensity I combine the dextrose with some solid carbs to slow its absorption.
