what do u do between cycles?

ive always wanted to have a goal, eiather gain muscle or get cut.
but what about now, after my cycle is done in 7 weeks?

do a cut after my pct, and wait an eternity to do my next mass cycle.
what is your goal between cycles, maintain, build mass?
 
Drink, party and eat alot more dessert :p
 
Keep the diet and exercise intense. Maintain as much as what you got while "on." This way you will be that much farther ahead of the game for your next cycle.

Once you've done a few cycles it's tough not to think of the time in between cycles as a bit of a waste. That was the concept behind BRIDGE -- a formula that helps maintain gains from the previous cycle and allow for growth while "off." In this way it all becomes one progressive experience instead of periods of gains and periods of struggle.

Of course, supps like UNLEASHED, T recovery, POST CYCLE, BIG BLAST, and Dermacrine already accomplish this to a degree. But BRIDGE will be even better suited. Using it along with a couple of the others will be as close to being "on" as has ever been possible. I know, because I've used many of the ingredients in the past, the problem was the cost. Now, it'll be very affordable.

Just spoke with needto about this today. We're hoping it'll be available before Thanksgiving.

I'm excited about using Bridge and Gear.
 
I trained my same routine for a month until my strength was maintaining (lost a little as soon as it ended), then i started a 5x5 and im stronger and bigger than i was at the peak of my cycle. Im gonna do every cycle that way. I believe AAS really help with size, so make the most of it. When u come off eat a lot to keep the size and train heavy, then something like a 5x5 to really get stronger again.
