Instead of this unrealistic bs, lets shoot to look like Bannout, Zane, etc - realistic (whatever that means) amounts of gear w/ the health aspect.
Let me lay it out for you like this....... Coming from a very close friend of mine that i will not name
GH- 10-15ius per day pending on individual
The use of a compound not to be mentioned on here.
Test- 2.5-5 grams of test per week
Tren- 800 mg- 1 gram per week drop 2 weeks before show.
Mast- 800mg-1.4 grams per week for 8 weeks
Primo- 1.5 g per week from week 5 out
EQ- 1 Gram per week last 8 weeks
Anavar- 200mg per day last 6 weeks
Anadrol- 150 mg per day last 6 weeks
The use of T3/T4... Not sure of the dosage, didnt ask him about it but i know its used.
This will be from 12 weeks out with the dosages increasing.
His stats---- 5'8'' 225 5% body fat...
He doesnt come off bro... When he bulks he ups the dose to something i wouldnt tell you. He is 22 years old and is dead set on competing olympia by the time hes 24-25... And be a contender... He doesnt care that his health is at risk or the fact that hes probably gonna be dead by like 35... He also eats 500-600 grams of protein per day and 500 grams of carbs to cut.... I wish!!!!!!
Relistacally bro, your not gonna be able to handle a pro cutting cycle. nor be able to afford it. They use in a week what we use in a cycle. Eating a dieting is more important than the gear. Throw in a good fat burner and some cardio and your good to go!!!!
Johnny
Name of the individual will not be mentioned..... so dont ask!!!
In a way, these types of threads are like asking "What did Leonardo DiVinci eat for breakfast?"
What someone else does has absolutely NOTHING...read NOTHING to do with YOU acheiving anything close to what they have.
ok firstly this is just my personal opinion and not much else. i have spent almost 20 years in and around competitive gyms, and there is a few things i believe
if we had no access to steriods and such, the top bodybuilders would still be jay cutler, ronnie coleman, flex wheeler etc , if we had limited access to anabolics like much of us do the top athletes would still be ronnie coleman , jay cutler etc. if we had access to boundless amounts of anabolics in truck loads the top bodybuilders would still be ......... you see what i am getting at.
the cycle posted and similar ones is always hotly debated, but in my experience right or wrong is not far from the truth for some athletes , some top pros use half that, some pro's i am sure might even use more , just because 2g of test cannot be utilised by us normal folk does not mean that a genetic freaks body cant make full use of it.
i personally have run 2g test and 1200mg eq amoungst other compounds which cant be mentioned for awhile and did i become even remotely close to these guys, nope not even close, why ? because i do not have the genes and no amount of steriods is going to change that, and to be honest i grow just as much now on half that , whats changed ? my knowledge of my body, my eating habits on what works and what doesnt.
alot of the guys i would assume dont like threads like this as some uneducated individual might just try it thinking its the holy grail, only to soon discover as he lies in hospital with half a kidney , and whats left of his liver , that he too is not the next ronnie coleman.
These threads are to gain knowledge on how pro's and bodybuilders get shredded with certain kinds of gear. If it bores you then jump to the next threads. We are here to learn. I don't want to think I'll never achieve what the pro's have, but I'll hit the weights hard everytime and do my best to get there. Knowledge is key!!!
You're missing the point pal. What I'm saying is that pros don;t shredded because of the stuff they take and YOU are not going to get the same results.
That's number one.
Number two -- lose the attitude. You have 14 posts. Snotty tough guy come backs don't fly here.
And thanks for the tip that knowledge is the key. Never heard that one before.
