I see you are taking 700 cals worth of honey? this is aound 200g right? How has your recovery with it been? Did you ever try dextrose/malto instead so you could compare?
I usually eat everything I can when I get home, but most of the time its cheeze melt sandwich (baked grilled cheeze) lrg milk with french fries, and all my sups efa's and multivite and lipotropic fat burner ( no stimulants )
before I get to the gym I have a yogurt and 2 apples ( granny smith.... keeps me regular )
Protein shake with glutamine immediatly after my workout. An hour after that I usually have either a huge serving of chicken and rice or the cream of my girlfriend
I usually have 60/g of whey with a little bit of carbs. Then about 1/hr later I have a big meal. Maybe some pasta and chicken or some lean beef and veggies.

immediately after workout i'll pop a couuple peices of candy for insulin release, followed by some l-glutamine w/ cranberry and protien shake for quick absorbsion. w/in an hour i'll throw down a full meal. contents depend on current goals.
