I had an acl surgury three weeks ago, a week later it became infected, so know I have a "pic line" in my arm, and they tell me I can't lift for 4 to 6 weeks, I was thinking electronic muscle stimuation to slow atrophy, any other suggestion or info on the ems units? This is really starting to frustrate me any help is welcome, thank you, Tony.
I would just heal. The infection has to be dealt with first. Let your body heal, then get after it! Hey at least you did not get a 3 gallon enema like i did! 
I Had abdominal surgery that got infected and they pumped me FULL of imaging solution so they could do a cat scan. So rest and I hope you have a speedy recovery!
