What did you look like before you started training?

lol, skinny

like a 150lbs in HS and my first year of college

started lifting and put on 30 pounds over a few years (i was still growing vertically as well - late bloomer)

then i started lifting harder, dabbled with prohormones...got to 190lbs

kept lifting

juiced

now i'm at 210 5'9"
 
Oh, this is hilarious. Here's a picture of my boyfriend before he started 'training', back in 91' or 92'. I laughed so hard the first time I saw it, because I never would have guessed that he looked like that! And he had (some) hair, yikes. Men really do look better with age!

Bish please! I haven't been 250 since I stopped being a juice monkey couple years back. I hover in the 225 range now. Either way I'd love to go shopping with Stilleto :heart:

A few years ago, a dr. friend told us and showed us pics of what cause the indent. It is from cutting the suspensory ligament of the penis. Otherwise know as a penis extention!!!!@33

On the bright side thought, your bf must have some mad cash. Because, DR. said it was so expensive that the average man couldn't afford it.lol

I was a fatty with cellulite running down THE FRONT of my thighs...

I had a great pic of me standing next to my ex on the beach at the age of 22 before I had one kid... EEEEEEEEEEwwwwwwwwww

Then there was a GREAT pic of me after my very first bodybuilding competition at the age of 32 after my four girls. It would stun EVERYONE... they used to laugh and say, "Yea, ok you are kidding... the pics are supposed to go the other way around."

I wish I had either of them, but they were lost a long time ago. :(

It is interesting to see how we try to hide ourselves with our posture in pictures when we aren't happy with our bodies. I really wish I had that old pic of me on the beach with the cellulite cascading down THE FRONT of my thighs. I was literally attempting to hide my body behind my arm. LOL

Really, I'm not fat by any means, but I will always feel like my stomach is not flat enough or my ass is not small enough. I will always be critical of my body.
I will always put down my body. If I'm not a size 5, I lambaste myself.

So funny that you say that, I asked my guy to take me to a strip club last yr b/c I've never been. I was expecting some Pam Andersons, but many were chunky or had no boobs, just real girls. And you know what, they were super sexy!
Mind you, I did go to one of the 2nd rate clubs, We have some of the hottest strippers in this town.
Two strippers used to go to my gym, and let me tell you, it would motivated me to work harder when they were in front of me lifting ;-)
But yeah, no one is perfect...

Funnier still, some of the most NONperfect dancers, make THE MOST money. Just goes to show that this *perfect Barbie doll* image that we THINK all men want, is only what THE MINORITY really want... The rest is all marketing. The majority of men want a REAL woman. Would it be nice if she was flawless? No duh... show me a flawless man and I'll show you a flawless women.

If ya'll could just see some of the women that I did shoots with. I am talking some of the CHEEZIEST asses in the biz, but the shoot had to be done. When I saw the finished product on the freaking cover of the swimwear catalog I wanted to shit! I was like - NO FUGGING WAY that that is HER ass! But as I did work and my gf did work for the publication we know for A FACT that there was no retouching (the owner was unbelievably cheap) it was all just posing, natural liting (takes an EXCELLENT photog to see this) and the camera angle and her ass looked DI-VINE!
