What did you eat for breakfast???

Couple of slices of cold left over pepperoni pizza when I woke up, and a Diet Coke, along with my multivitamin and my blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Then later, about an hour before I left for the gym, I had a big protein shake with two scoops, two cups of skim milk, two raw eggs, and a tablespoon of flax oil.
 
A small bowl of Oatmeals with water.

Some Chinese Pot-herbed beef with steamed white rice.

3 glasses of water.
 
6oz chicken breast
Romaine, full bowl
Ceasar made with flax oil
red pesto on top

Pizza with blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Very interesting.
