from all the weird stuff people eat, you had to diss on the OJ..man, you are taking way to much pain meds.
 
Seriously, I could have a pint of OJ and call it dinner.

Only dissing on the because this is a bodybuilding site. OJ counts as junk food orb. Its extremely high GI, and the structure of the carb (fructose) in real orange juice is not even that condusive to muscle glycogen replenishment. Even worse, many brands use refined sugars as well. It has no real fat (fat is very anabolic) to reduce the GI and has no EFA's (even more anabolic than other fats), and no signifigant amount of protien. Its pure crap for a serious athelete.
